Fees may also be included for tax relief on medial expenses using the MED 1 form, available from Inland Revenue at www.revenue.ie. Fees are payable at time of appointment by cash or cheque. Due to demand for appointments a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid cancellation fee of 50%. Receipts are issued for each consultation. |
